Relay Dashboards ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Downs LLC, a company based in Dawsonville, Georgia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you sign up, we collect your email address and name. We use passwordless authentication — we never store or process passwords. Authentication is handled by one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your email.
When you use Relay Dashboards, you and your team create content including scorecard measurables and values, rocks and milestones, issues, to-dos, headlines, meeting records, ratings, and segues. This data belongs to your organization and is stored to provide the service.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers. Stripe provides us with your subscription status and a customer identifier so we can manage your account.
We record basic activity data such as your last active timestamp. We do not use third-party analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or cookies for tracking purposes. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may collect minimal, privacy-respecting web analytics (page views, country) as part of their standard service.
If you signed up for our pre-launch waitlist, we collected your email address. We use it only to notify you about Relay Dashboards availability.
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Relay Dashboards service, send transactional emails (authentication codes, meeting summaries, team invitations), process subscription billing through Stripe, respond to your support requests and feedback, and improve the service based on usage patterns. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We will never contact you with unsolicited marketing emails beyond the waitlist notification you opted into.
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate Relay Dashboards:
Supabase (database, authentication, serverless functions) — hosts your account and application data in the United States. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
Stripe (payment processing) — processes subscription payments. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
Resend (transactional email) — delivers authentication codes and meeting summary emails. See Resend Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, CDN) — serves the application and provides DDoS protection. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or behavioral tracking services.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Our database enforces row-level security (RLS) policies, meaning users can only access data belonging to their own organization. Authentication uses one-time passcodes — no passwords are stored. We follow security best practices including Content Security Policy headers, Subresource Integrity on all third-party scripts, and role-based access controls.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible for 30 days in case you choose to resubscribe. After that period, you may request complete deletion of your organization's data by emailing [email protected]. We will delete all associated data within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can update your name, phone number, and notification preferences directly in the application's Settings screen. For data export or account deletion requests, email [email protected].
Relay Dashboards is a business application intended for use by professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Relay Dashboards, operated by Downs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Relay Dashboards is a web-based EOS L10 meeting and KPI management platform designed for specialty contractors in commercial construction. The service includes scorecard tracking, rocks management, issue resolution (IDS), to-do accountability, headlines, and meeting facilitation tools.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and within your organization. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for managing their team members' access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Relay Dashboards is offered at $99 per month per organization, with unlimited users. New organizations receive a 30-day free trial. Payment is processed by Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the Settings screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of all content and data you create within Relay Dashboards. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We access your data only as necessary to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, or respond to your support requests.
You agree not to use Relay Dashboards to violate any applicable law or regulation, transmit malicious code or attempt to compromise the service's security, attempt to access another organization's data, resell or redistribute access to the service without our written permission, or use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
We strive to keep Relay Dashboards available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. For support, contact [email protected].
Relay Dashboards is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Downs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dawson County, Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
